Liliana B. Andonova is Professor of Political Science/IR and Academic Co-Director of the Center for International Environmental Studies at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva. She has been named Giorgio Ruffolo Fellow in Sustainability Science at Harvard University, Jean Monnet Fellow and Senior Fernand Braudel Fellow at the European University Institute, as well as recipient of the 2014 International Geneva Award of the Swiss Network for International Studies. Andonova is the author of Transnational Politics of the Environment. EU Integration and Environmental Policy in Eastern Europe (MIT Press, 2003) and co-author of Transnational Climate Change Governance (Cambridge University Press 2014) among other publications. Her research focuses on international institutions, climate change, public-private partnerships, European integration, environmental governance and the interplay between international and domestic politics.
